Now that I'm engaged, one of the things I'm most excited about (aside from being married of course!) is choosing which items I want to register for. One of the first places that I looked is at Tabula Tua's incredible online store. With their online wedding registry and registry completion program, it's a great option for brides everywhere. Not only that, but right now they've got a special offer for Snippet & Ink readers - when you register with them before September 30, Tabula Tua will give you a $100 credit toward your registry!

One of my very favorite collections that Tabula Tua offers is Match Pewter. I love that it can be dressed up or down, and that it's the perfect balance between masculine and feminine. I love that it's simple and lovely, from the Convivio dinnerware to the elegant serving trays. And I love that it's all handmade. Here are a few of my favorite Match Pewter pieces...

This is just a small sampling of the gorgeous tableware and furnishings at Tabula Tua, so be sure to check out all of the other collections they have in their online store. If you want to register for beautiful, special pieces that will become family heirlooms, Tabula Tua is definitely the place for you. Oh, and don't miss their blog, Mix&Match, full of beautiful pieces and registry advice.

The PSNI's increasing use of repressive tactics was again highlighted on Sunday November 15, 2009 when the force put in place a massive operation to deal with a sponsored walk on Belfast's Black Mountain.
The walk was organised by éirígí activists to raise funds for the party and included a short demonstration and speech at a British military communications post on the mountain, which is on the outskirts of west Belfast
